Sunday School Classes at Erindale Alliance

Our Sunday School Year runs from September through May, each year. This year the ESL class has continued on a volunteer basis through the summer. But the new year for Sunday School is beginning again on September 12. You are heartily invited to join us.

Children - We have classes for children ages 2 to Grade 5. If you have questions or would like to help, please see Erin Petty, our Childrens' Ministry Coordinator.

Youth - We have classes for Junior High (Grades 6-8) and Senior High (grades 9-12).
Junior High meets in the Youth Room upstairs.
Senior High meets in the Youth Room upstairs too.

Adults - We have three areas where you can become involved during the Sunday School Hour.

ESL (Fellowship Hall) - the English as a Second Language class is always looking for volunteers to help teach English to international students and families. It is an excellent opportunity to help others, use your gifts and make long lasting friendships. No experience is necessary - your willingness to learn is all you need. For more information, please contact Watter Cao @ 477-7090 or Tong Zhu @ 374-7689. A decision has been made to continue the ESL class this summer in 2010.

Adult Class - (in Regier Chapel) - "Who is Your Neighbour" - this fall course (Sept. to December, 2009) focuses on how to reach out to your neighbour by gaining an understaind of theiri world view. Liz McTaggart and Steve Vincent are coordinators of this class. On Oct. 25 Lenna Rutherford and a friend will be our guest speakers on "Building Bridges to First Nations."

Women's Class (in the Sunshine Room - 2nd Floor) - The Truth Project” video series and discussion time.  The Oct. 25 & Nov. 1 lessons l considered “Who is Man?”  Women of all ages are welcome.  Facilitator is Sherrille Memory.
